What is Included in Our Plans?
All our architectural plans are clear, concise, and detailed. All purchased plans will include a minimum of:
- Exterior Elevations – show the front, rear and sides of the house, including exterior materials, details and measurements.
- Detailed Floor Plans – show the placement of interior walls and the dimensions for rooms, doors, window, and all applicable municipality code data.
- Foundation Plans – include drawings for baring walls, foundation details, and point loads.
- Roof Plans – include truss layout, posts, beams, and details.
- Cross Section – show details of the house as though it were cut in slices from the roof to the foundation. The cross sections detail the construction of the home, insulation, flooring and roofing.
- Electrical Layout – displays lights, switches, receptacles, smoke detectors, etc. Most plans include panel schedules, one-line diagram of electrical service, and load calculations.
- Plumbing – include waste isometric and gas schematic where applicable along with water fixture counts as required by most municipalities.
- Mechanical Layout – basic HVAC and specifications.
- General Specifications – include concrete, masonry, wood, and security.
